1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:

• Manufacturing Defect: If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.
• Wrong Product Delivered: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
• Damaged During Shipping: If the product was damaged in transit due to courier mishandling.

Important: Returns are NOT accepted for change of mind, size issues, color preference, or any reason other than the above.

3. RETURN TIMELINE

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery. Requests made after 10 days will not be entertained.

To initiate a return:

1. Record an unboxing video as per the requirements above.
2. Contact us at support@trendlync.in or WhatsApp 7985966980 within 10 days of delivery.
3. Provide your order number, reason for return, and upload the unboxing video.
4. Wait for our team to review and approve your request.

4. RETURN PROCESS

Once your return is approved:

• You will receive return instructions via email or WhatsApp.
• Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.

Return shipping charges will be borne by TrendLync only if the issue was caused by us (wrong item, defect, or shipping damage).

5. REFUND POLICY

TrendLync does NOT offer refunds. All approved returns will be processed as:

Exchange Only: You can exchange the defective or incorrect product for the same item in the correct size, color, or a replacement of the same product.

Store Credit: If the exact product is out of stock, you will receive store credit equal to the product value for future purchases.

6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Products without valid unboxing video proof.
• Items purchased during clearance or final sale.
• Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered.
• Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene products.
